He explained the process in detail, answered all our questions and advised us regularly on what the next steps of the repair were. Throughout the entire process, we were aware of what was happening and who was arriving at the house. Reece personally introduced all trades to us when they arrived. The trades arrived on time everyday, were very polite and friendly and they put in some very long days in the heat without complaint. The whole experience for us was seamless and the short time frame of the large repair was such a relief. The finished product was excellent. I can't fault Reece, Paul and the team. I highly recommend them.
